When a public page loads, we record one page-view event so we can understand which pages are used, assess campaign performance, keep the site reliable and identify automated or abusive traffic.

The page-view record does not store your raw IP address. Our server converts it into a privacy-protected identifier that changes daily, so it cannot be used as a lasting cross-site profile. Standard infrastructure logs may process technical information such as IP address for security, availability and troubleshooting.

• Browser user-agent and an automated-traffic indicator
• Referring website host and UTM campaign fields, when present
• A daily rotating pseudonymous identifier derived by our server

If you request a demo, we use the information you provide to review your enquiry, contact you and arrange the demo. We also record limited source information so we can understand how the request reached Mavi.

• Name, work email, company, role and sector
• Your optional message, selected language and request time
• Referrer and UTM campaign fields, when present
• Delivery status for the internal notification about your request

The public website measurement described above does not set analytics cookies and does not use browser fingerprinting. We do not combine the daily visitor identifier with third-party advertising profiles.

We use this information to operate and secure the website, produce aggregate site statistics, evaluate outreach and respond to demo enquiries. Access is limited to Mavi personnel and service providers that support hosting, storage and email delivery where they need the information to perform those services.

We do not sell information collected through the public website. We may disclose information when required by law or when necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

We retain information only for as long as needed for aggregate site measurement, security and handling the demo enquiry, subject to periodic review and deletion and any legal obligations that apply. We use technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect the information against unauthorised access, alteration or loss.

Some providers may process information from countries outside the European Economic Area. Where required, we use an approved transfer mechanism and appropriate safeguards.

Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal information, or request portability. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency or your local supervisory authority.
